The Voice Elderly Community of Practice embarked on a journey to share knowledge and experience that would identify, build, and strengthen the capacities of the member organizations in diverse areas relating to their focus areas of work towards eldercare management in Nigeria. In a welcome address, Mrs. Agatha Nnaji ED Dewdrop Foundation appreciated the Voice Nigeria team and the Cognito and Nine team for always supporting the activities of the CoP. She informed participants that the workshop is aimed at unveiling the strengths of member organizations through shared knowledge to improve the quality of service rendered to the aged population in our diverse communities.

The Overview of the Community of Practice which includes, being one of the linking and learning approaches of the sustainability plan for Oxfam’s Voice program in Nigeria was shared with all members. The COP's set objectives were also highlighted.
