The theme for this year's International Day of Peace is ending racism. BUILD PEACE. As peace and security activists, this year's celebration is significant because it provides us with a unique opportunity to raise awareness and sensitize the public on the importance of dialogue, appreciation of diversity, unity, inclusiveness, justice, conflict prevention, and peacebuilding as we tackle emerging peace and security challenges.
