Through the Voice Nigeria intervention, the Kings Leodews Initiatives a consortium partner in the implementation of the Know Your Right project facilitated a lecture that aims at revitalizing the youth group's understanding on Identifying constituted authorities and their constitutional limitations. Participants were taught to recognize constituted authorities as bodies designated by the Nigerian Constitution to carry out obligations that could pave the way for smooth administration by safeguarding citizens' lives and properties. The lecture encourages participants to recognize the Army, Police, Courts of Law, Parliament, Heads of Institutions and Traditional Rulers, the President's Office, Ministers, Governors, Commissioners, and Local Government Chairmen as members of a constitutional authority.
Since the Know Your Right project focuses on reducing the occurrence of police brutality in Bauchi, participants were educated on the powers of the Nigerian Police Force as written in the Police Act 1976 in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended.
