The Foundation for Societal Empowerment and Rejuvenation (FOSER) has increased the capacity of youth groups that include recalcitrant youths, representatives of Tertiary Student's Associations, Representatives of People Living with Disabilities, Representatives of Market Associations and Social Media Influencers by coordinating youth groups, training them on civil rights in governance and seeking justice. The participants of the Know Your Right Project's understands that human rights are fundamental privileges and conditions of freedom protected by law, to which every human being is entitled with focus on individual, political, civil, spiritual, social, economic and cultural aspects of life. Participants were taught that civil rights are important and that respecting them can help people develop to their full potential and lay the groundwork for peace within and among nations. Appreciating that as a young person, you have the power to speak up for your rights and the rights of others no matter who you are or where you are. You can campaign for human rights on a local, national, and international level, raise public awareness, and hold governments and institutions accountable.
